Manual testing of pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels with precise chemical adjustments to keep your water safe and comfortable.

Surface Cleaning

Thorough skimming of debris and professional brushing of walls and steps to prevent algae buildup and maintain that pristine appearance.

Floor Vacuuming

Complete vacuuming of the pool floor to remove settled dirt and debris that surface skimming can’t reach.

Equipment Check

Emptying skimmer and pump baskets, checking filter condition, and ensuring all equipment is running efficiently.

Service Documentation

Before and after photos with detailed notes about what was done, giving you complete visibility into each service visit.

No Equipment Repairs

Equipment diagnostics and repairs require separate service calls at additional cost. ClearCare covers basic inspection only, not maintenance or fixes.
